Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Lovely hotel with nice amenities and views. Loved Teatro Zinzanni. Rooms seem really overpriced. Nice accommodations but not $100 to $200 dollars nicer than other downtown hotels. Do recommend the restaurant and bar. Comfortable and pleasant with many conversation areas. Wouldn’t pay the room price again but did enjoy the atmosphere and the staff.

Very eclectic! Mirrors surround the room. Very large with small couch, wing chair, dining chairs and marble table at a great height for eating, laptop, whatever. Do not have time to explore the city this time but would definitely stay again. Only live an hour north of the city but was so nice to not have to drive home after enjoying Teatro Zinzanni.

Hotel is clean and pretty. Valet parking is VERY expensive. The bathrooms are beautiful, but dimly lit, and it was hard to find good lighting anywhere in the room to do makeup. We were also awakened by a fire alarm at 1:30am and a message that told us to stay in our rooms until our floor was instructed to evacuate. And then we heard nothing more. Apparently a false alarm but it would have been nice for there to have been a followup announcement that everything was fine. We were just waiting there for evacuation instructions in the. middle of the night and no one said anything more about it.
